Tina Dabi UPSC Timetable and Daily Study Routine
Tina Dabi’s UPSC Timetable was very clear. From various interviews, we have understood that she used to study in chunks on 3-4 hours.
Like studying for 3-4 hours in the morning, then having breakfast and all, and then again 4 hours, then lunch and a small Nap time. Then 4-5 hours in the evening and 3 hours at night, which usually went into revision.
I liked her timetable for the one reason that there was ample time to rest and reboot yourself. You must not have a timetable where you keep sitting for more than 5 hours, as that is usually a waste of time. Your mind has limited grasping capacity; you can keep on taking work from it and not feel overworked and exhausted.
